Specstacular Fine Eyewear

Specstacular Eyewear, a family-owned business, specializes in on-site crafted lenses and features a curated selection of premium frames, including renowned brands such as Oliver Peoples, Paul Smith, Matsuda, Alain Mikli, LA Eyeworks, Bada, Persol & Paul Frank. Known for stellar customer service and expert repair craftsmanship, the shop consistently earns high praise from satisfied customers.

Siting of The Pop-up Store: Santa Monica Place

Santa Monica, an 8.3-square-mile coastal city on the west side of Los Angeles County, has a residential population of approximately 93,000. With daily tourists, shoppers, and employees, the population swells to an estimated 250,000. The city draws over 8 million annual tourists, and Santa Monica Place, a premier destination offering three levels of retail and dining, is expected to attract 300,000 visitors each year.

Anticipating increased foot traffic will heighten the exposure of the pop-up store, attracting more customers for trials and purchases.
